Problem
Crypto casinos in 2024-25 traded trust for novelty. Players wanted provably-fair math, instant settlement, and a community layer that didn't feel scammy.
Approach
Provably-fair commit/reveal via HMAC-SHA256 on every round. Instant on-chain deposits. Discord bot tied accounts to a single identity for rain drops and tournaments. Native React client with real-time WebSocket feeds for the live games.
Outcome
Reached real volume with real players before regulator action took it offline. Engine + provably-fair primitives archived; the math survives even if the surface didn't.
