Problem
Existing market-intel tools optimize for retail dashboards — slow refresh, no execution context, no real-time depth.
Approach
Five distinct surfaces (board, wallet, Dex, room, company) sharing one WebSocket-driven quote feed. FastAPI gateway, Postgres for transactional state, custom feed plumbing for sub-second updates.
Outcome
Operated as production software with paying users. Regulator shut the surface down before the next round; codebase + migration playbook archived.
